Kenneth D. Chapman Sr.
Ken, Sr. has been a licensed Florida attorney since 1966, practicing primarily in the areas of Real Estate Law, Wills and Trusts, Probate Administration, and Family Law. He joined his father, Forrest, and brother, Roy, in the Firm in 1966, and developed a concentration of experience in real estate litigation and transactions, landlord-tenant matters, business law, and Wills and Trusts, Probate Administration and family law.

He received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa Law School. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Oklahoma and Florida. Ken, Sr. has been a long standing member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Ken, Sr. is a native to Sarasota and has contributed significant time to our community. He has given countless hours to youth baseball as team coach for more than 17 years and as member of the Board of Directors for the Sarasota Little League organization. In addition, Ken, Sr. participated in the Sarasota Kiwanis Club for over 20 years and served on its Board of Directors. Ken, Sr. also gave to his community through volunteering his time as a member in the Sarasota Elks Club and to the Salvation Army.
